When it comes to CARDIO, the music genre leans towards uplifting, energetic, and serious EDM styles, along with impactful rap beats, especially for agility and combat tracks. The essence of CARDIO lies in jumps, kicks, and running. For optimal cardiovascular fitness results, incorporating 2-3 classes of CARDIO a week is recommended, when done as your primary exercise method.
Hydrohex Fitness Classes usually happen in pools that are about 120-140cm deep, so your feet can touch the floor all the time. Some classes do have some floating moves, but no worries, we’ve got options for everyone. We do suggest having the basics of swimming, or at least doing the classes with someone keeping an eye on the people in the pool, just in case. Maybe this is just the nudge you need to dip your toes into swimming!
