We always aim for a mix of inspiring, versatile, and interesting music. MOVE gives you a variation of pop, rock, latin and happy electronic tunes! The aim is to feel good and energetic – that’s what the music and the moves are aiming for!
MOVE is an ideal workout for lighter days and serves as a great recovery option between more intense training sessions. We recommend incorporating 1-2 MOVE sessions into your weekly schedule to ensure your body experiences ample variation and mobilisation.
Hydrohex Fitness Classes usually happen in pools that are about 120-140cm deep, so your feet can touch the floor all the time. Some classes do have some floating moves, but no worries, we’ve got options for everyone. We do suggest having the basics of swimming, or at least doing the classes with someone keeping an eye on the people in the pool, just in case. Maybe this is just the nudge you need to dip your toes into swimming!
