We always aim for a mix of inspiring, versatile, and interesting music. POWER has a distinct preference for Rock’n’roll and heavier genres, setting it apart from other classes. This choice aims to give the workouts a serious vibe, complementing the powerful moves incorporated into this class. In certain waves, we enjoy experimenting with a cinematic atmosphere, allowing you to feel like the star of an action movie, conquering all obstacles in your path!
POWER challenges your muscles over extended periods, making two classes a week more than sufficient to sculpt and strengthen your body.
Hydrohex Fitness Classes usually happen in pools that are about 120-140cm deep, so your feet can touch the floor all the time. Some classes do have some floating moves, but no worries, we’ve got options for everyone. We do suggest having the basics of swimming, or at least doing the classes with someone keeping an eye on the people in the pool, just in case. Maybe this is just the nudge you need to dip your toes into swimming!
