Arrival at the Leisure Centre
We’ll first show you around the leisure centre and answer any first questions before we jump in the pool for the workout.
Workout with Hydrohex Virtual Class
We’ll have a 45-minute class. Expect motivating virtual instructions with easy-to-follow video!
Time to get changed
After the class you’ll have some time to get changed.
Open Q&A Session
After the class we have a Q&A session to answer any and all of your questions. We’ll be joined by leisure centre staff members as well as our hardware partners.
